When you install or use an IntraCarte solution from Microsoft AppSource, we collect basic contact details associated with the installation typically your name and email address. This information is provided to us through the Microsoft AppSource installation and lead-sharing process, or when you contact us directly.

The content your organisation works with inside our solutions documents, lists, and other SharePoint data remains within your Microsoft 365 tenant. We do not copy that content into our systems.

How We Use Your Data

We store the contact details described above in our own database and use them to:

• Understand how our solutions are adopted and used (product analytics);
• Provide support and important updates about the solutions you install;
• Send marketing and promotional emails about IntraCarte products and offers.

You can opt out of marketing and promotional emails at any time by contacting us at the address below. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service or support communications.

Data Storage

Contact details are stored securely in a database maintained by IntraCarte. Any SharePoint or Microsoft 365 content processed by our solutions continues to reside within your Microsoft 365 tenant and is governed by Microsoft's security, compliance, and data residency policies.

Data Retention

We retain your contact details for as long as they are needed for the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to remove them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact details at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers to help us store data and deliver analytics or email communications. These providers process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Any additional integrations within our solutions will be clearly disclosed in product documentation.

Security

Our solutions are built using Microsoft-recommended development practices and rely on Microsoft 365 security controls for authentication and authorization. Contact details stored in our database are protected using appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
